I have been involved in sport and healthy eating for more than 20 years.

Since October 2017, I have been working intensively on topics such as orthomolecular medicine, bio hacking and nutritional supplements. In 2021, I obtained various certificates as a FOOD COACH, nutrition and diabetes coach, intestinal immune and detoxification therapist and omega 3 fatty acid consultant.

In 2023, I also completed training as a micronutrient expert.
