In relation to registered customers from A, DE, CH and IT, the purchase price must be made by payment on account within 10 days or conveniently by PayPal. Customers outside the EU can pay by credit card or PayPal. The invoice will be delivered together with the package. Payment via SEPA direct debit must be agreed separately with Biogena. Guest orders within and outside the EU can only be made with PayPal. Customer payments are only considered to have been made when they are received on our business account. Are Biogena products certified organic products from organic farming?

The name Biogena is derived from the ancient Greek term ‘βíος’ (bios), which means ‘life’, and symbolises our mission to promote people’s health and well-being. Interestingly, the Biogena brand was created before the introduction of the EU Organic Regulation. Products containing vitamins or minerals – like most of our supplements – cannot be labelled as ‘organic’ by law, even if some ingredients are organically grown. For the use of our name ‘Biogena’ in connection with such products, the EU Organic Regulation stipulates that the label must state ‘Not an organic product according to Regulation 834/2007’.
